Biography

Marika Šafran Berberović, painter was born in Zagreb on 27th November 1935. She spenther childhood in Čakovec an then completed secondary education (Grammar School) in Zagreb. In 1960 she graduated from the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts in the class of Profesor Ivo Režek.

Osman Berberović, painter was born in Bijeljina on 25th of July 1928. he spent his childhood and completed secondary education in his native town. In 1956 he graduated from the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts, and then continued his studies in the special class of Professor arino Tartaglia. He worked at the Central Institute fot Toumors in Zagreb as a medical illustrator.

Since 1959 they have been exhibiting at collective exhibitions arranged by the Union of Croatian Painters and Sculptors.
